According to the Criminal Law, these actions are suspected of violating the crimes of spreading false information about securities and futures trading, manipulating the securities market, and fraud. Investors should never have the idea of “miracles falling from the sky” or “getting rich overnight”. Independent decision-making is essential for investors in the securities market. Avoid blindly following experts or major investors’ opinions, simply following the trend in investments, and not trusting others’ stock recommendations. When experts recommend stocks, predict prices, or estimate limit up levels through Weibo, blogs, WeChat groups, etc., it is important to be vigilant, analyze suggestions objectively, form your own judgment, and avoid falling into the traps of criminals.
