The exterior wall renovation project of Haisco Pharmaceutical (Meishan) Co., Ltd. facility has now reached the stage where engineering procurement can be carried out. Engineering procurement for this project is now being conducted, and relevant details are announced as follows:

1. Project Overview and Engineering Procurement Scope

(1) Construction location: No. 53, South Section of Shunjiang Avenue, East Zone, Economic Development Area, Meishan City, Sichuan Province.

(2) Engineering Procurement Scope: Civil construction portion of the exterior wall renovation project at Haisco Pharmaceutical (Meishan) Co., Ltd.

(3) Planned construction period: According to the client's later requirements.

(4) Engineering procurement scope: Follow the requirements in the list provided by Party A.

2. Requirements for the bidder's qualifications

(1) The project procurement requires the bidder to have the qualifications of an independent corporate entity, a second-level general contracting for construction projects, and to meet the requirements of Party A's project construction and acceptance. The bidder must also possess the necessary construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds, and be familiar with the management requirements related to construction in the project location.

(2) This project procurement does not accept joint bids or affiliated bids.

(3) Quotation registration deadline: It will close within 12 days from the date of publication in the project procurement announcement.

3. This project requires a pre-qualification process. Qualification review is conducted during registration. Engineering procurement documents will be sent to the construction companies that pass the qualification review via email.

4. Materials must be submitted for registration:

 Power of attorney for legal representative, identification documents of legal representative and authorized representatives, business license, qualification certificates, proof of performance in all similar projects within 3 years (construction contracts and acceptance reports), projects in Sichuan-Chongqing region that can be inspected on site, “Quotation Registration Unit Information Form”, financial audit reports for the past 2 years, details of social security contributions for enterprise staff in the past half year (including individual contributions and payments for the legal person, authorized representatives, and project leaders), all of the above documents are scanned copies stamped with the official seal.

5. Registration method:

6. Quotation deposit

 (1) Amount of quotation deposit: RMB30,000 yuanThe bidder must transfer the bid guarantee into the designated account of Party A via a bank transfer within 5 days after passing the pre-qualification and receiving the procurement documents from the purchaser; the bid guarantee of the selected bidder and those not selected will be refunded without interest within 10 working days after the selection is confirmed.

 (2) Method of payment for the quotation deposit: bank transfer between companies

 (3) The quotation deposit will not be refunded in the following cases:

  1) Before the deadline for the quotation, the supplier withdraws their quote;

  2) When the bidder delivers the bid document, if a candidate bidder withdraws their bid;

  3) If the selected party waives the contract from the issuance of the selection notice to the signing of the contract, and if this causes losses to the purchaser exceeding the quotation deposit, the selected party shall bear liability for compensation for the purchaser's losses;

  4) If the bidder uses improper methods to obtain the contract, such as providing false documents, offering bribes, colluding in bidding, forming a consortium for bidding, acting as an alternate bidder, or engaging in other illegal and disciplinary violations;

  5) The supplier has been reported or complained about violating contract terms.

7. The selection method for this project: comprehensive evaluation method, selected with reasonable low price
